The first donation made by Foundation Blue was to the K-Rob Foundation, started by the late pro BMX biker Kevin Robinson for the purpose of providing kids with BMX bikes or other sports equipment and registration fees.
The K-Rob Foundation was a perfect fit since Alexi was a BMX biker himself and owned The Broken Spoke in Westerly, RI supplying a small town with extreme sports equipment in the early 2000s. Alexi also attended the Woodward, PA BMX camp as a child. This $5000 donation was the result of Foundation Blue’s hard work for 3 years and a testament of the support of the car community.
